Housing needs

I understand the need for more housing in Kimberley. As the population grows so does housing. High density housing is a concern. I would like to use a small example. A house with four cars. Where are they going to park? The result is angle parking. I understand that angle parking is not allowed in the summer or winter. The condo or apartment style complexes will probably have underground parking. The only concern is, how many floors are we going to allow? Duplexes style buildings were back to the same problem. Will there be enough parking for every one? To keep everyone happy with changes is going to be a challenge. As long as most agree we can proceed forward.
